James is responsible for building and evolving the technology at Nexxt. He and his team work closely with the product and management teams to realize their vision and design the major architectural components of the technology. James believes there isn't just one way to solve a given problem with technology and loves being hands on, learning about new tech and the hustle and bustle of the startup mentality. He is a father of three, has a Hamilton obsession (because who doesn't?), frequently rides his bike to work in the warmer weather and has a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech University.
