As the COO, Jim has played a key role in the company's evolution by leveraging his business expertise and incredible people skills to help build critical relationships and raise venture capital. Working hand in hand with Nexxt's CEO to revolutionize the career space, Jim works closely with the business development, talent solutions, client success and finance teams to ensure that business decisions are being made with the utmost care. Jim is a classic car, golf and tennis enthusiast. He is a very active grandfather to eight grandchildren. Ask him about them over a martini—they’re adorable! (The grandchildren, not the martini). Jim has an Accounting degree from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
