Paula oversees Nexxt’s accounting operations and customer success team. She’s an advocate for the development and implementation of best practices to ensure customer satisfaction, assuring that any concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. She loves working with people, which she credits to her first job as a customer service manager for Sears. She lives by the motto, “Always do what you know to be the right thing.” and hopes that she’s instilled that into her children and grandchildren. Paula is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Business and fun fact—she was born in Japan.
