John is responsible for developing and managing the Nexxt products that enable job seekers to market themselves effectively, locate jobs that match their interest and secure their next great opportunity. He's an expert when it comes to digital marketing, communications, product strategies and Pearl Jam. John has a degree in Business Management from West Chester University, has been known to cook hotdogs in his office and is a Seinfeld trivia mastermind. When he's not keeping Dr. Pepper in business he can be found on the sidelines of the baseball diamond where he coaches his sons' Little League teams.
