Michelle is responsible for managing Nexxt’s sales and client success teams, a group of talented people who love creating strong partnerships with Nexxt’s clients—just like Michelle! Thanks to her more than 15 years of experience in the corporate recruiting space, Michelle has a deep understanding of what clients need when it comes to talent acquisition. Before joining Nexxt, she managed recruitment marketing programs and teams around the world for Amazon and Charles Schwab. Michelle truly loves the recruitment marketing space and enjoys talking about ways to improve the analytics of it and best practices. When she’s not working, Michelle spends time with her family, executing on her secret talent of drawing (guess it’s not so secret anymore—sorry Michelle!), or on the softball field, where you can find her throwing strikes or making outs at first base.
