With a long and storied career in human resources and staffing spanning over two decades, Pierson will lead the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and advancing Nexxt’s business development objectives. He’s a strong proponent of the idea that success and happiness come from hard work and staying true to yourself.

Prior to joining Nexxt, Pierson served as Head of Business Development North America at Korn Ferry Futurestep, a global organizational consulting firm, where he led all business development activities in North America. Prior to this position, he served as Senior Managing Partner at Impact Talent Ventures where he was responsible for profit and loss for the firm, growing both revenue and employee count substantially in the first 6 months. Pierson launched his career in the industry as a recruiter.
